06/19/2020 @hotsand (SANTA CRUZ, CA) #quiksnapdown UPDATE: the @AVPBeach has announced a new event series kicking off on July 18, 2020 in Long Beach, California. The AVP Championship Cup Series, a three-part cup series, 12 team qualification cap, 8 team main draw (double elimination) - held over the course of three weekends. Each event will be run separately with a $200,000 purse plus $100,000 bonus pool for top finishing teams. Three tournaments, One team per gender tournament champions (3 teams per gender series total), only a single team per gender crowned Championship Cup Series winners.

07/24 - 07/26: The Wilson Cup, Long Beach, California
07/31 - 08/02: The Third Cup, Long Beach, California
The AVP Championship Cup Series will replace the regularly schedule 2020 AVP Professional Beach Volleyball domestic tour and season. Due to the CONVID-19 global pandemic restrictions and regulations will prevent spectators from being in attendance at all events, for the remainder of 2020.
